I'm wondering, though, how many counts of impounding and eradicating of vehicles are there? And sure, there are some nasty things about California, especially the budget failure. They are trying to get back on the feet now and it is quite painful to the residents. And yes, I remember a case where some terrorist ran into a group of people with his car injuring and killing some and then he claimed he did not intend to do that and he was possessed. I honestly think he should be beheaded for this. So yes, some things are ridiculous there. But, after living there for 7 years and then moving to Texas and living here for a year I still feel like going back. This is my opinion.
